Welcome to the 2017 Grow Detroit's Young Talent Program at Ideal Group, Inc. We are so happy that you will be joining us for the next six-weeks as members of our team. We are thrilled that you have taken the opportunity to work with us this summer. This experience will provide an environment for you to communicate with and learn from professionals, as well as understand new ideas and concepts. Ideal Group is confident that this program will prove to be exciting and challenging. You will walk away with great work experience and confidence.
